Our proposals for a low carbon mixed-use development for Artisan Real Estate on Ingram Street, in the heart of the Merchant City have received planning consent at the recent meeting of the Glasgow planning committee.
109 flats and ground floor commercial spaces will enclose an intimate landscaped courtyard, with public access via pends from surrounding Ingram St, Albion St and Candleriggs.
Communal green roof terraces will help to enhance the biodiversity of the area, whilst unique private balconies are accessible from accommodation at upper levels.
